Terms of Service
Last updated November 7, 2026
Joifully is still in development and isn’t open for public sign-ups. This is our plain-language starting version. We’ll publish fuller terms before outside beta testers join.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Joifully LLC, a Florida company. By using Joifully, you agree to them.
Who can use Joifully
The app is available only to accounts we’ve set up. Please keep your login private.
Joifully is a tool, not advice
Joifully helps you stay organized. It isn’t medical, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it doesn’t replace your doctor, pharmacist, or a financial professional.
Its numbers come from what you enter, so they’re only as current as your entries. Please check anything important before you rely on it.
Reminders can be missed
Apps and emails sometimes fail. Please don’t depend on Joifully as your only reminder for medication, bills, or anything else that matters to your health or money.
A work in progress
Joifully is still being built, so features may change, break, or go away. We provide it as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Your information
What you enter stays yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Changes
When these terms change, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.
